This pizzeria has been serving up down-home favorites since 1994. We are located in the Town Center Plaza (near the Harris Teeter) just a short drive (or walk) from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte campus and University Place.
This quaint Italian eatery offers their regulars, families with kids, college students and everyone else homemade meals with "a taste of Naples in every dish." Named for the town of Amalfi in Southern Italy, the hometown of the proprietors, the region's traditions can be found here in the Queen City. You'll think you just stumbled into a restaurant in Rome instead of a strip mall in the Charlotte.
The Scene
Our dining room is a perfectly casual atmosphere. Dishes like pizza, lasagna and baked ziti are common but always created with fresh ingredients and made to order. You can taste the fresh mozzarella, basil and homemade marinara in every bite. Portions are large, served hot, and accompanied with authentic crispy Italian bread.
